Rent to bangla mean look down on them? The bangla i know who work as freelance handyman can make 5k a month.

most of the indon already balik kampung due to weak currency or converted into malaysian already.

Just to highlight whenever u rent to foreign worker either PH, Mynmar and etc, the whole building will become their kampung. this happened in many place.

fridge (electrolux). washer dryer also give to units without yard.

heater are exposed type (beebest).

Cons:
not full tile for kitchen/bathrooms
no skirting to floors
