Anyone else bought a unit?

why did you mention never invest in condo with 500 units of more, mind to share your experience please?

and did you check the HTC? how far is the HTC and doesnt it bother you at all?

Its good that they are sharing. Sharing is caring.

A few upcoming and exciting development in that area will definitely transform the whole area, and folks there are cash rich but lack nicer place to stay and hang-out, besides Six-Inch and Chui Wah Low. Believe those upscale operators are eyeing this area that they didn't know so cash rich, namely Hero Market, BIG, Gourmet Coffee and Burger, Fine dinning and Cuisine, Enrichment Centre (Try figure out how many in Ativo Plaza ??) and etc.

Enesta has two parcel, Service Residence and RumapWIP, with different entrance.

At times you need someone bold enough to change the whole landscape there, just what have seen in DPC and Kota Kemuning. Kepong and Jinjang are matured area with second-third-fourth generation that are looking for nicer place to stay nearby and closer to their old folks. People there might not wearing ferragamo, Prada or LV, but they are not short of cash, and many reputable developers will follow suit and develop something that has more taste, then just pigeon holes.

BTW really jilake i rent in one condo beside temple along jalan ipoh, they everyday (almost 3 or 4 times per week) got lion dance play here there dong don chiang jileke so rich temple? stay highest floor also can hear. damn dulan.

dah lah during thaipusam 12 midnight timm 8am cannot sleep they blast hindustan music like no tomorrow..

Means highest floor more noisier?
