I would say density wise RUMAHWIP wins. 8 units per floor only. Number of lifts the same 2+1.
Facilities wise seems like the same. Although cannot compare on the size of the swimming pool for example. Probably smaller size.
Rental will be affected once VP. And capital appreciation will be affected as will 6 years after VP.
RUMAHWIP will always be on the upper hand.
