Pros:
Ac to all rooms and living/dining provided but haier brand.

lightings (LED) to all area as well.

wardrobe inclusive to all rooms and even shoe cabinets too.

fridge (electrolux). washer dryer also give to units without yard.

heater are exposed type (beebest).

Cons:
not full tile for kitchen/bathrooms
no skirting to floors
