but somehow I am more interested to 1070 instead to 1080
not a big fan with those end with 80 series
as for 1060 (or whatever similar name) totally can forget about it, huge difference with 1070 series

You just proved my point. If the lowest min is $5.15/hour, then $5.15/hr x 8 hrs x 20 days = still 824.
