Is that a good things if oneday the hills and green became building and light?
seem many assumed we are buying here because we hope EM to be another PJ.

Actually I know EW from ES although we don't know what will they name the project yet that time. I ovobserved Rimbayu and heard of EW project from my friend who work for another developer.

I still buy EM cause it's a bigger development (by EM) and also freehold. If I am not remember wrongly, I roughly know I am not gonna afford the price of ES too that time.

In addition I already have two properties in KK , both within walking distance. If I wanna to buy one more, I think ideally it have to be in other region to catch up other development possibility.

I get to know from my friend who owning The Leafz, ended up with the address name DeDaun.
Now the new one Nidoz will ended with D'Nuri.
At BM, Alma there, Jesselton Hill address become Taman Jasa xxxx
I scare Eco Majestic will become Eko Megah enforced by local authority (I use google to translate)
