I m jz keeping my expectations low for time being on Em and overall semenyih township planning - things are going to be slow for the next 2-5 yrs based on current economics outlook; next 10 yrs should be more worthwhile especially for current generations to join the workforce, pickup earnings and looking for affordable landed housing; as for commercial to take place and take speed these would all depend on the underlying population growth and in tandem to be spurred by the layout and build up of better infrastructure ie access roads, communal areas

For sure it's going to be a long term bet......either way EM delivery has to be concrete and rock solid as per initial projection in both .housing and surrounding environment quality; this would entail more interest coming from the public and potential buyers.

Crowd control quite poor...n food lines are insufficient t o deal with throngs of crowds - had jz some basic bites and off we go; not impressed...pretty messy

Everytime to EM....seeing the back drop of hills and green ...coupled with the refreshing air...its really mesmerising

Took the link from red carpet via newly opened lekas ecohill toll...good 1..but inside EM is so jam packed...can't even make a u turn...took a detour to east gate n realised so many cars side park on roadside....amazing...detour via jln semenyih bavk into ecohill then exit to lekas

Seems like newly opened lekas ecohill exit n events within both Ecohill and EM has created huge success on public awareness thumbs Up !!

My theory is proven....during haze time EM is lesser affected due to the distance away and natural surroundings...
