Anyone got any idea how EM address will look like?
I get to know from my friend who owning The Leafz, ended up with the address name DeDaun.
Now the new one Nidoz will ended with D'Nuri.
At BM, Alma there, Jesselton Hill address become Taman Jasa xxxx
I scare Eco Majestic will become Eko Megah enforced by local authority  (I use google to translate)
*
This is the current official address of EM, so I believe it wont become Eko Megah in the future.

1, Lingkaran Eco Majestic, Eco Majestic, 43500 Semenyih, Selangor

LOL. OK what, The Leafz change to branded name of DeDaun which was established by SDB and if I am the owner, I would rather the name of DeDaun rather than TheLeafz, which was odd but not striking name.

If I am not mistaken, Eco Majestic would remains as Eco Majestic. Even if changed name, I dont think it would be Eko Megah but IMO< it's Bandar Eko Majestik or etc.

Saw the masterplan previously that all roads & precincts remain as english name,
ex. ( For Merrydale ) No. 8, Jalan Eco Majestic 8/8, Precinct 8, Eco Majestic, 43500, Semenyih, Selangor.
( For Cradleton ) No. 1, Jalan Eco Majestic 1/1, Precinct 1, Eco Majestic, 43500, Semenyih, Selangor.

Err, but dont quote me on above, let's await for finalization upon VP later.

Spoke to some authorities of DBKL previously but unsure if what I was told is 100% correct or what I remember is 100% exactly.

Under Selangor state, most of the highrise names able to remain the name of English but there is a condition as long as, not leasehold land owned by a government body or organization, not a project of high bumi quota of forgotten the percentage of either 40-50% and not under Shah Alam. All Shah Alam highrises must be in BM or Malay name in the APDL application. But, that was post-ex MB tenure, not with new MB, I not sure if there is further changes.

Under DBKL, for highrise project, the English name is only able to maintain in some areas without heavy Malay population and some other conditions. They also would consider the developer to change the condo / apartment name if they found the name is commonly use for other area and if the highrise is leasehold and proprietor was form of a government / state body, it must be maintain and change to BM. Meanwhile, to some developer technical officers, under DBKL, a lot of things are uncertain until they apply the name they are selling, in this case, English name.

To remain an English name highrise in KL state is harder than in Selangor state, aside most ares of Shah Alam district, where the consequence is subject to the town name must be in BM and starts with "Bandar"

My parents house is at Jesselton Hill. But each phase, 1 Taman name. The semi D phase, is Taman Jasa Indah. The super link phase is Taman Jasa Intan.
Knn... Sounds so pariah.

The timing is a bit tricky. 10am to 5pm
It is outdoor event I perhaps.
If go at 10am very soon noon time will turn very hot direct under sun light. If go by afternoon, the event will end before the weather start turn comfortable after 5pm.

So, what is the best time to go?

Usually the high point of an event is at the middle of the event. They assume peoples will go and play and walk under the sun from 1pm to 3pm? I doubt how many would actually do this.

I wonder are they just appointed new event organiser for this series of windmills events? If so, I doubt the quality and capacity of this new event company. They are not on par with public expectation toward EW.

*I am commenting events and activities not developer. Nowadays it is better to clarify, if not peoples will go wild attacking the developer. Haha...

For me, I will go for 10 am or 3pm wink.gif
Even if it is managed by the event company, I think the developer cannot escape from the complaint / liability (if any) as I'm sure it would have meetings and discussions together - if anything improper it should have spotted and raised earlier.
