Hi all sifus, just wanted opinions from u all...
Thinking to go into Manulife India fund... But not sure about my decision with all these fluctuations...

buying at DCA (monthly or periodically)
have INDIA at about MAX 5~8% of your portfolio value.
that is my suggestion.
How much % do you think of allocating for INDIA?

Emerging economies plea for end to US rates agony
QUOTE
Lured by the promise of bigger returns when the Federal Reserve eventually begins raising interest rates, investors are already moving their money to safer, yet profitable, US destinations.

Up but fail to cross the 50SMA at 1654. That is quite significant. It it fail to cross this even after the holiday tomorrow, we might see a tumble lower toward next week. If it can cross, whoopy, that would be good news short term until it reach 200SMA resistant at 1749.

Even after rout, less than 10% of investors consider EM cheap
QUOTE
According to Barclays, more than half of the 716 global investors surveyed said these assets are still expensive, and fewer than 10 percent said they are cheap.

"Most investors expect further downside in China-linked assets," Barclays said in a survey published late on Monday.

Malaysia: Government Stimulus To Bolster Economic Growth
September 15, 2015
Author : iFAST Research Team

"If history is any guide, the recent market intervention by Chinese government showed that such action will have limited impacts on the market as the Chinese equity markets showed little signs of pick up after the intervention. Being a small scale financial market intervention (1.5% of total market capitalization of FBM EMAS Index), such measure might just be a short-lived boost to investors’ sentiment in our view".
"While the government’s measures would be conservative, any positive initiative is better than none and will help to reduce the gloom hanging over investors".

It's not in the latest file yet, it's on my personal file tongue.gif

Currently it only captures the snapshot - i.e. no further analysis on the raw data. Too lazy to do anything about it first tongue.gif

The MoM and YoY got two section, one captures the snapshot of the WHOLE portfolio, and another captures the snapshot of each and every fund individually.

However, as I said, it's just a snapshot (i.e. rows of data in the previous screenshot), no further analysis is added (i.e. chart) in the file, yet..
