Hillpark is providing free MOT as "promotion package" just similar like free legal fee, bank charges etc, except stamping fee. basically they already cost in the MOT, legal charges etc by jack up the selling price. Same goes to all properties with so called free MOT and all kind of processing fees, developer cost into their property and paid via mortgage loan. Haha.
Kundang Estates = Near to KL? I don't think so. Either way this area has to pass by the bottleneck at the Pekan Cina Kundang and need to take the LATAR toll as well. Alternatively, once the BTP LATAR had been opened, some of them will be routed over there.
Gamuda Gardens = Nearer to KL? Agreed. With the opening of the new interchange, this area will be directed straight to the PLUS Rawang (S) toll. From there to KL Jln Duta takes about 25mins.
only individual freehold houses developer can provide FREE mot.
lishold and strata developers cant provide MOT as MOT only come thru usually 2-3 years after vp.......
Not true. Some of leasehold landed properties developer would have already subdivided it before they sign snp with buyers and thus they could absorbed ( or priced in SPA depend how u look at it ) the MOT fee. I know cause i have one such unit. Basically they are no difference with freehold except need state approval only
