Say if you are travelling to KL via the new Gamuda Gardens interchange, there will be some jam at the toll plaza due to the pathetic number toll booths - only four. Then, another 'usual' bottleneck after the Jln.Duta toll.

Good marketing aside.

The road after the new interchange is just terrible

Road leveling is bad macam roller coaster when driving to sales gallery junction

And also 1 Lane single carriageway only...

The sales gallery is already open. I just had conversation with one of their SA. She said that the starting price is 740k for 20x75 link house

Launching will be on 18th of Feb

people desperate for landed property, never consider location properly. after some time of traveling to and fro, fed up and move back KL, house left empty. standard story ma.

Wow not cheap all! Want to get back money invested in d interchange n landscaping! High price to pay for buyers. With such soft prop market, this is too high

20x75, 1980sqft, 2 storey rm740k above and 22x75, 2279sqft, 2 storey rm820k above.

If price before rebate is acceptable, their location better than Anggun3 and Anggun3 22x70 double storey subsale selling 750-800k now
