A new signboard had been erected. One leads to PLUS Ipoh/KL and the other leads to a upcoming place called 'Serai Perdana'.

The edge property mention estimated selling price for gamuda garden will be around 600-700 psf
That's extremely overpriced in this outskirts of selangor Rawang general speaking is not even consider as part of klang Valley Greedy developer 😈 |
