The edge property mention estimated selling price for gamuda garden will be around 600-700 psf
That's extremely overpriced in this outskirts of selangor
Rawang general speaking is not even consider as part of klang Valley
Greedy developer 😈

Does rawang resident benefit with this opening?

Can reduce travel time from rawang to KL?

The current highway is quite jam right?

Rawang is waiting for later interchange to open....said to be end of this yr.

This kuang interchange is rather far from rawang.....about 15kms away to reach...

More bwnefited to gamuda projects.

rawang need latar interchange near bandar tasik puteri there... this kuang interchange benefit no one else except gamuda projects anyway... rawang its still better if u work at kepong pj subang selayang... work at kl will be quite torturing for some ppl...

same level of torturing... for those who cant take it... those who seldom drive long distance on a daily basis... or never stuck in car jam like one hour plus everyday.... lol.... i dont recommend anyone working in kl look for all these areas generally... same applies to kajang, semenyih, ES, rimbayu, AI etc etc.... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
