The location is very convenient, either to KL or to Damansara PJ or even Sg. Buloh, selayang kepong.
If eco grandeur, eco majestic, Bandar seri coalfields, Seremban S2 are selling at similar pricing, this gamuda garden definitely is best choice among them. Of coz my comments are referring to Gardens not Kundang estates. |

I know its lishold...but not sure about strata.
Even gamuda estate is non strata..... We just have to find out from gamuda. Base on gamuda past practices...they will release batch by batch......few rows at the time. |
