The location is very convenient, either to KL or to Damansara PJ or even Sg. Buloh, selayang kepong.
If eco grandeur, eco majestic, Bandar seri coalfields, Seremban S2 are selling at similar pricing, this gamuda garden definitely is best choice among them. Of coz my comments are referring to Gardens not Kundang estates.

This is the price before discount. If im not mistaken they got 5 to 7% discount

even with 5 to 7% discount also quite high in this area... lol.... its just slightly more convenience than those BSC, EG or anything u mentioned... but selling at the price of Elmina.... Elmina is wayyyy more convenient leh and freehold......

Show house is ready before launch. Soft launch is next week.
No lar just visit to kepoh only, but access wise here is not bad, direct highway. U have interest too?

Me also jus kepoh kepoh only..... so now their sales gallery n show unit is open for public viewing or need to wait till soft launch on next saturday?

Btw, tis is leasehold/ freehold and individual / strata title???

I don't believe will be bbb, coz next week only soft launch with 70 units. I think Gamuda also think market is bad for now

Depends on the take up rate lar, if they launch 100 by 100, every time also good take up, sure each time increase 30-50k.
I think first 100-200 will be mainly staff and associates.

Even gamuda estate is non strata.....
We just have to find out from gamuda.

Base on gamuda past practices...they will release batch by batch......few rows at the time.
