True also. GG selling at 675k for 20 footer is not that friendly. For similar budget, i will go for Anggun 3 which is freehold, GnG, club house facilities with nice landacape and entrance statement, and sitting on high land, and opposite is Aeon shopping mall already and not far from Plus toll, and it is 22 footer link house!

May be things changed already i also dunno. I have been to bandar coalfields 4 years ago, that area like desert, and is far.

I am not sure if Dash highway direct benefiting EG, if yes, then it would be different story

BSC still is gradually improving... but BSC is 10 mins away from EG... in term of infrastructure and commercial facilities... its totally at different level... BSC residents might still need to travel to puncak alam for more things to get too.... and yea... i visited EG that side 4 years ago just like u and share the same opinion as u... within the span of 4 years... its 360 degree changes already...

Guess the ulu surroindigs and near HTC an issue for some buyers and not really cheap and those weird 20x65 or 20x75 built ups but accesss is gud direct near NS Highway

i dont think there is HTC here... passby alot of times... but there are no proper basic amenities around... this is quite true.... u can imagine if u wanna buy a bawang or basic stuffs need to drive more than 5km away... its not really working for own stayers...

location to KL is nearer compared to Ijok project and direct link to HW... pro and con... as the pricing for leasehold landed... i would say its on a high side...

yea... its way inside... the Hollywood style billboard there not suitable for landed development lol.... but im not really sure the actual site is it very close to the sales gallery or not... if its slightly further away i think HTC may not be an issue.... other than eye-sore...

nowadays if want to buy brand new landed and "affordable", where to get especially good locations
in KL or PJ? Almost unheard of..semua condo condo condo, rumawip, and what not..

Developers are NO MORE selling landed period..so how? how to look further afar if die die must buy new landed..
so ni Rawang provide an option for this group of buyers.
