One of the reason I withdraw my GG purchase and settle for landed in Cyberjaya is that I can't find any good school close to this township. In terms of groceries, shouldn't be any problem as there are few small Kampung shops selling it.
I really like the concept here with maintenance around Rm270 per month. About the HTC,my booked unit is quite far from it. But according to SA, the closest unit next to HTC is around 400m away. Distance to Sg Buluh MRT is roughly around 15min during peak hour (morning around 8am). IMO the biggest selling point in this township is the direct access to NKVE.

well... depends on how fast u wanna move in... for sure the first phase completed... the commercials also wont be up yet... how long u can stay thr without basic amenities offer for the first two years or maybe more... and what if they put commercials as last phase of the masterplan....

even there are commercials already built.... do you think the business there can survive easily just serving limited numbers of residents from GG... unless u say alot of residents from the kampung will spend on the commercial activities there too.... for now... when i look at elmina and alam impian.... i dont think a township without basic amenities is working well on a daily basis.... better to stay near anggun areas or the old rawang town there for ease of living... sometimes distance to city is not the only factor to consider for.... from anggun rawang to KLCC is 40km... from GG to KLCC is 5km... just a 5km difference only... why dont go for a slightly matured town to stay....

lol... ask urself.... are u so easily convinced by the points shown by the SA in GG sales gallery? and u can just stay in without further consideration....?

oh luckily some basic kai fan and chinese noodles and some cha sat still available in PA... but if wan seafood dinner or dai chao... tak ada... have to drive 20 mins away to get one for those....

no la... thats my personal opinion liao... not for others.... there are ppl who enjoy staying in the new township without much basic amenities yet... i have fren already get used to stay in alam impian... just that before balik rumah... make sure everything bought at nearby office's supermarket first to go back home cook...

So wat no commercial.nearby me Me prefer staying in quiet taman vs super busy areq wit crazy cats parking everywhere noise and dust

you only get half of the point......GG is on the hilltop for sure won't get flooded or else not only the kampung whole Malaysia also will be gone. Don't forget about the access....it's gonna be passed through the kampung. If you don't mind to stuck in the traffic for hours...it's not a big deal though.

you may cross-check the google map and site plan...also ask the SA. not difficult to find out

Yes correct, so far no study can prove the harm of HTC to human health and also no rules or act to restrict the residential area to be built distant away from HTC. Thus the developer will not be responsible of it and somehow such land is cheap to acquire.

Yes surrooundig kampung like Bandar Kolfill Sg Buloh or PuncaAlam....but wat i like is near PLUS and mountain oppossit higway maybe can see or not dunno

Just went to check out the site today. Kinda like it. GG is definitely far from the city but being next to NSE exit is really convenient. From sales gallery to the exit is about 5 minutes drive and about another 10 15 minutes to reach duta.

Currently there's a 5% discount and there's a referral program for purchaser.

Gonna spend some time reading this thread hahhaa

All these tolled roads are day light robbery. Worse part is u pay toll also doesnt guarantee jam free.

After few months u will feel the pinch in yr wallet..
