Is the actuak clearing happening on a larger scale than google maps? (Since googlemaps is not current)

As far I know there will be more commercial area in GG n gardens park...

But not sure for pricing...

Now their latest individual title shop lot also selling nearly 1.6 Mil for size 20*65

I have another 1 nearby selling 1.2 mill++ with ECONSAVE inside...

RM1.5 to 1.8k only. Many owners are regrets so never moved in. Many vacant houses with long grasses at the house compound.

The marketing team seems incapable to get in proper and higher standard of merchants to come in.

If you are planning to get a property here, do think twice.

The place is good if you don't mind leasehold and it is for retirement or you don't need to travel to KL/PJ for work daily. Now the population hasn't achieved the mass required to have a good standard of merchants to set up shop there.

the LATAR/Guthrie toll exit also getting more jam by the day, not to mention the NSE jam also... lol... one car accident/one raining morning and your travel distance to KL will be 2 hours per way... lol

2 hours per way is slightly exaggerating. Every highway if accident sure jam. I travel from rawang everyday. Most it takes 1hr plus. If ever 2 hours happen I'll screenshot the Waze time and update here. I'll be honest. Cheers.
