Elmina for nearer to sales gallery one the airplane noise quite noticeable, other area in elmina green abit far in. manage to book gamuda Astor corner but still debating whether it is worth the price. after going around this forum, saw some commented the tenants for commercial lot is not that amaze and mayb in long run the property doesnt comes any near to "atas place".

It's not cheap for it's size but it's freehold, and gamuda make a lot of effort in developing this area. By the time u move in 3 years later will havea sufficient amenities already. Their landscape treatment is nice. Rawang quite easy to find Chinese food if compare to shah alam and cyber. With nkve access 30 min can reach PJ and kl

with nkve weekend also hard to reach pj in 30m unless you drive like mad man. Go rawang itself already 30m. easier to find chinese food than shah alam also a strange comment.

Which way? I am interested to know. But Elmina has a few options going to PJ/KL while GG only has the NKVE. If accident at NKVE, it really is gg for GG.

From GG can also use the Kuang - Matang Pagar route or Kuang - Sg. Pelong route to come out to BRP / Sg. Buloh.

Apart from that, one can go and take the route towards LATAR / Guthrie.

Those routes don't go PJ/KL. Elmina is good for me as there are 3 options to go PJ/KL, GG only has 1 viable route which is heavily congested during peak hours.

Ya elmina location has its potential because nearer to PJ but sime Darby have to do direct dash highway access, now the access not so good. Elmina also has another problem such a big township plus eco world plus saunana utama all exit rainbow bridge. So morning traffic should be bad

The latest map shows a direct connection to DASH from the latest development side - Elmina Ridge. However it may take a few years to materialise and its promotional material so I am taking it with a pinch of salt
