I think the pivot will be Gamuda's purchase of bout 500 acres of remaining land in inner Kundang and building a connecting road to aeon rawang. This will bring connectivity and the new affluent from tamansari, guocoland and the new developments around anggun to GG/ the luge. Total will be 1300 plus acres. With this the inner kundang which is on the undeveloped side will see changes .

Also from this latest video, Tan and Tan is building a new road connecting Gamuda Gardens to D Laman Kundang. D laman Kundang is only 1 km away from Gamuda Gardens. Expected to be completed by Sept 2023. Another infra upgrade to Kundang/Gamuda Gardens

Ya but next time sure jam big development
Gamuda 818 plus 500 acres 1300 acres
Sime Darby 1500 acres
Sunway 200 acres
Total 3k acres haven include scientex and other small development. Very close to setia alam size 4k acres

Saw an ad in The Star newspaper on Gamuda revealing their recent purchase 504acres freehold land in Rawang— Gamuda Park.

Interesting one for those who couldn’t accept LH land tenure.

Yes but further in and without the beautiful gamuda park. Thry are building a green passage to connect the FH to Gamuda Park.

Location will be between GG and Aeon Rawang. New road to be build to link to Aeon directly to channel traffic from Rawang Anggun/affluent developments to GG The Luge and of course the future GGCC

Would be great for GG residents, don’t have to pay toll in and out to access to Anggun area.

Any ATM, hospital or petrol station within 2-3km now? Nearest non halal food is how far away? Any direct access to Aeon rawang?
