Yeah, enjoy the cheap food you have now. Might can last for 5 years before someone bring in something hype to jack-up the living cost all around.

About food delivery I think got a quite good choice since I'm usually wfh. However if delivery fee quite pricey compared to I stay in cheras last time. If you can, Gaia Residence will be having a lot of food, mamak, restaurant etc, you could go there pretty quick to tapao.

The red plot is new launching which is next to Valeria. U can see the mountain is currently cleared for new phase.

In terms of Quota I absolutely agree with you but Gamuda is constantly following up with the Gov because they want to be the first entrant and try to attract more customers. They are trying to take Elmina as example + maybe the sg serai school will be rebranded and move over to gamuda in the future. Hence you know why there is unfinished road near DR, and Gaia trying to connect to somewhere

This is what my friend said as now the sales quite drop due to many amenities not available.
Based on planning, there is 2 possible road which is red and yellow or both. But they have a problem to acquire this existing land or kilang and they are still trying to negotiate. This new road is not by gamuda alone, gamuda is just a leader, but there’s more following up with gamuda especially scientex, tan tan, smd group.
In future, do you know ktm kuang area? That area already acquired by Sunway Group and Sime Darby, just about time to see some devlopment start.

It’s going to be crazy in the future this area lol. My friend already bought a scientex house because he won’t be jumping to any company and plan to retire work under gamuda. gamuda garden project alone is 15 years planned ahead to give you how crazy it is in the future.
