It existed for ages in the USA, just very little if any demand for it. I think same thing is here, there is almost no demand and it probably did cost them a lot to develop it, so they are trying to get it back, but with strong competition from countertop it will be hard for them to make significant sales IMO

Definitely not for 4000L. There.is no miracles out there. It could be good for roughly 400L with this size, but not 4k L. If you are a single light user, it could be enough though

Depends, if you want hot/cold function it is definitely worth considering. If you want a cheaper option, you can consider undersink. Depends on your needs and requirements.
