I tried to ask a few shopi sellers. But got negative feedback.

Measure your Panasonic hose diameter then buy the correct size hose connector to reduce the hose size to standard 6.5mm. With the standard size, you will have plenty of faucet adaptor options.
See sample of hose connectors here:

Panasonic hose is not standard size and not even standard material. It is 3/8" kinda, but slightly larger and thinner. Maybe they have changed something, but last time we had this issue, we couldn't find any suitable adaptor.

No particular brand, the only limitation are the space (since condo unit for installation of POE filters) and I am from East Malaysia. So happy to hear any recommendations.

Thanls.

If u are highly concerned about space constraints, can consider undersink filters

But mostly only provide room temp water, some brands with hot and cold water (Wells, PuriEarth etc.) but can be pricy

Tabletop models (Cuckoo, Coway. LG etc.) usually takes about 50 x 50cm of ur kitchen space

Thank you, are there any POE filter recommendation? I have access to my water inlet to my condo unit and I've seen some other people installing a mini filter at the inlet.

For the condo get a cartridge system since it doesn't require any backwash and it is relatively easy to install. You can get 10" slim (not recommended), 10" BB or 20"BB. 20" is the best choice if it fits, price difference is minor, but you get 2x cartridge life.

Don't you have a tank? How do you know the water is flowing?

I have a tank after the filter. Asked Nesh customer service and they said it's normal to have flow even though in backwash mode, but the water will be clean.

Unable to verify though, as my backwash drain water is still clear in colour.

Whatever they answer could be just to get rid of you. If you have a tank after the filter, then you would only know by turning on the kitchen tap on. It is very hard to imagine how you can have both backwash and forward cleaning on at the same time, since the water definitely can't flow to both directions at the same time

That's the reason why I am consulting here. it's either Nesh really designed the filter that way, or something is wrong with my unit.

Yes, I understand. Start the backwash, open the kitchen tap (this one is usually direct and not through the tank). If the water flows as usual, there is definitely something not good. Also, the fact that your backwash water is crystal clear as you mentioned is super weird. I am wondering if it is properly installed, or are you bypassing the filter all the time. I highly doubt it is designed this way. Is it automatic or manual backwash?

Manual backwash. Kitchen tap have water even during backwash mode. Consulted multiple nesh customer service and they confirmed that it is designed that way. Nesh membrane backwash design is different from sand filter design, that's what they said.
