Dear all, i booked a meteor gray full spec sedan. The car is with the dealer and i can take it next week after loan is disbursed . Have not registered yet.

I got a promotion last week and i am given a company car it does not make sense to buy the mazda 3 car anymore.

Anybody desperately wanting meteor gray wanna get my booking?

conditions (to prevent me wasting my time)

1) your loan is approved and you have the loan offer to show me

2) your booking is also in bermaz near jalan 222

3) you pm me tomorrow and willing to do the transfer of booking with bermas tomorrow (you take leave or mc up to you)

My objective is to help and also get back my booking in full.

Cancellation of the car, will get full refund. Don't have to worry bout it I mean not necessary to do all this.

You are very lucky the car isn't registered to you yet or you have to sell it as a second hand car. No joke!

As jim.tan said your order can be cancelled with full refund so no need to go through all the hassle of transfer. Unless you want back your refund on the spot from the new purchaser but there is really nothing to worry about it.

i got my promotion last week but was so excited that i did not check the car details
i thought i would be given a civic which i planned to decline and get allowance instead

It's not called Daytime Running Lights for nothing.

I don't think so. Daytime Running Light is on when your car is moving. If it in in "P" or "N" - and the handbrake is up, it will be switched off. It says so in the owner's manual.

I actually prefer this function, love it when I could rest at carpark while still settling down or waiting someone..
When I drive Civic 1.8 2012 or Accord 2.0 VTiL 2014, they actually bothered me so much.

This is my impression of my Mazda 3 GL spec after 3 days.

Gear change is very smooth, gas pedal is designed for economy driving, have to press harder to get the 'oomph'. I'm getting 7.5 l/100km for mixed driving including some spirited driving. This is good FC.

Cabin is quiet on reasonable roads. No wind noise at 120 km/h. On rough roads road noise intrudes significantly. No odd noises from dashboard or other body parts. No keok-keok sound when going over bumps so far.

Sound quality from FM radio is acceptable but not great. Music from USB and bluetooth sounds better. The average listener should have no complaint but I'm particular on audio so I may upgrade the speakers in future.

No confirmation sound when locking/unlocking car and no brake autolock. These should be able to install aftermarket.

Overall very satisfied with this car but there's still the nagging feeling I should have gone for high spec. Too late now!

anybody wants a meteor grey boot lip spoiler? i have one where originally wanted to use for my grey hs but ended up took white hs as there is stock since i have been waiting for long time. do pm me if you would like to get it from me.

congratz, 7.5l/100km is great FC, for my 15 months old car, only manage to get 8-9l/100km with 50-50 urban & outstation driving.

Suprise yrs doesnt have wind noise, most of us above 100kmh do experience loud wind noise

Anyone know how to disable the DRL ? I dont think it is useful

Can connect phone via USB? I tried the 2 USB ports in the central console but they don't recognize phone, they only recognize USB thumb drive.

Why would you want to do that? It makes your car stand out on the road looking 'garang' like Audi.
