No I never ... I only take them out when I need it ...but do u guys stick the holder on the windscreen ?
*
If you only take out your smart tag at toll gates why need to stick the holder to your windscreen? To pass the toll gate just hold in your hand or put on the dashboard. No need to advertise you have a smart tag in your car.

I am using 3M Crystalline 70 for front & back, and Safety tint Nano 70S for all 4 side windows. It interferes with Smart Tag, no doubt. So I asked the supplier to cut a hole next to the sensor unit where original Mazda already have dotted tint and stick my Smart Tag there.

**Note: The photo below is left-side driver. For us, the dotted tint is located at the driver side, which is the right side.

You can get more info from this link below:

One thing I regret is not getting darker tints. Not so much for the heat as the heat reduction is awesome. Just the glaring part I cannot tahan. Thinking to get a second layer now to make it darker.
*
What you mean by the glaring mate ? Reflection from outside or inside while driving ? Contemplating for 3M too but not sure should I go for it or not.

Thanks for reply bro ... Sorry to trouble u ...

3M website stated no interference to satellite signal ... Didn't mention about smart tag because only our country uses smart tag

I just need to know which tint model to go for .... So many choices until blur ady
*
No worries bro. Glad to help. I agree that the brands are very competitive in terms of the specs. I only went with 3M because it's quite a well known brand and has been in the industry for a long time. Never regretted it.

Anyway here's a picture of the "hole" I mentioned for Smart Tag. You can see clearly where they cut the tint by the colour contrast.

Hope you'll find a suitable one for yourself.

Direct sunlight and reflection off the cars from the outside. Not much from the inside as reflective stuffs are just the scroll buttons.

my mazda 3 head and rear light will fog up when raining day for 3months.

Today finally I get the answer from BERMAS.

They not allow to claim warranty as this is "natural phenomena" and is happening to some of the Japanese car also..

WTF

This is very disappointing. How does BERMAZ explain why some M3 headlights have this "natural phenomena" and some don't?

Maybe complain to Ministry of Consumer Affairs or go to Consumer Tribunal?

Just got my mazda3 high spec , blue reflex mica color. So far I am loving every bit of the car. When I got the car mileage is about 86Km. is there anyway to set the I-stop default as disable ? Don't really like this feature especially when u jam in KL.

Wow bro! Picture pls.. Blue reflex mica is my first choice, unfortunately it need long waiting period therefore i go for Aluminum Metallic.

86km is acceptable, i got mine at 82km. They need to send your car for inspection so i personally thinks within 100 km is ok.

And congrates on getting your baby! Do head to fb Skyactiv Mazda3 group for more info.

I-Stop unable to permanently disable, just make it a habit when you starts your car, off it manually.

I called to BERMAS customer relationship management to ask them to explain more detail.. Yet their customer service said need time to collect all report and technical advice to call me back.

I asked them if the car is yours, will you accept "natural phenomena"? some more the car is 109k. even if the car I proton or perodua this issue also should be fixed

Congratulations on your new ride, finally got another friend here with same car colour as mine rclxms.gif

For the i stop, you either have to manually disable it every time you start the car or you find the engagement point of the system. Even when the car is stationary and transmission in "D" with the brake pedal depressed, the i stop will not engage, the i stop LED will just keep blinking notifying you that there is sufficient level of battery charge. You just need to find the appropriate level of brake travel to engage the i stop, take your time to practice. A tip for you, the brake level should be just enough to stop the car from creeping from stationary position in "D". You can practice in slight incline, easier to find it without engaging the i stop.

Congrats! That color is very nice. My 1st choice but I took alum metalc cz my sa told me that color susah mcm soul red if anything happen.

I dun find the istop is annoying. It saves the fuel. Most of the time in traffic jam when I know it'll take long time to wait, I purposely kill off my air cond so that the istop is on.

Just use the air cond at 18 degc & the istop wont bother u 😊.
