I think you don’t quite understand the situation i explained. No way to “change to nano sim then convert to e sim” now. I have already ported out, celcom dont have my number d.. now my number is stuck “in the air”.. my number unable to “enter” e-sim due to issue at xox.. and “nombor tiada dalam perkhidmatan” is making me worry that xox really caused my number to go missing..

Bro i had an issue when we were all using micro Sim
i ported out from celcom and 3 days later only i got line at my XOX line when i MNP over the other time.
If issue with XOX
1.just try to ask is my number in the system
2. then try asking can change to physical sim first to make sure your number avalabile
3.then only change your number to e sim.

i believe if number 1 is ok then number 2 should be ok also.
i got a friend MNP over to XOX from Digi took physical sim
now i heard that he change to e-sim

Updates from my side: they finally managed to put my number into their system d, no longer hearing "nombor tiada dlm perkhidmatan" (thank God!).

BUT, they probably assigned a wrong 19-digit ICCID e-sim into the QR code for scanning (normal ICCID/sim serial is 18-digit, even in the email they sent me much earlier is also 18-digit but now latest email in QR code it's 19-digit), now my e-sim in my phone shows No Service despite restarting phone many times.. i suspect is due to the wrong ICCID.. once again they're looking into it and checking.. my number is down for a week now

did so many MNP with xox, never once hearing "nombor tiada dlm perkhidmatan", this is first time (probably bcoz it's an e-sim), so it does give me a heart attack lol biggrin.gif

They need your IC and thumbprint.. so is a must to be there

Sorry ya I accidentally said “to be there with the new owner” lol! Typo..

i meant u have to go there.. coz maxis doesn’t provide the simcard online order.. majority telco allows u to order online for MNP but not Maxis/Hotlink

I just got a Celcom Xpax Prepaid simcard ... can I request MNP to Digi within 24hour after I activated my Xpax prepaid? Or Do I need to use at least 1 month before I can MNP to Digi Prepaid. Thanks in advance for your advise.

Currently I'm using a supplementary line on Celcom. I need to upgrade to Mega plan, then will convert my line to principle.
So can I mnp to orther telco immediately or have to wait one month?

ask the Main line owner to change to change your line to naub line
Then MNP straight

Guys I got a question. I tried to MNP my Digi number to Celcom Xpax but was rejected due to ? customer numbers are temporarily disconnected - involuntary.

My Digi number was passive but I bought the 1 day validity to activate it before I MNP, is this the reason Digi rejected it?

And Celcom has given me a temporary number , can I just continue to use this number without MNP ?

U need to make sure to have a few days (safest maybe about three working days) of credit validity..not just one day..

Hi... I did my MNP from CelcomXpax prepaid to Maxis Hotlink prepaid. I have reply Celcom on the confirmation to port out thru SMS.

May I know how long it takes to process the switching of my current number from Celcom to Maxis.

Hi guys, currently I'm using Umobile P79, looking to port to Celcom XP Lite. Was at Celcom's website configuring the plan, seems like they can deliver me the sim, and the MNP can now be done online? Don't need to go to their service center to perform MNP?
