Alamak ,if u don't know , dont simply share .

I done MNP on Friday 740pm and successfully port in after 12 hours later.

Weekend or not doesnt matter at all .its done thru system and system works 24hours a day .

MNP SOP is 5 working day mon to friday. It depend of your luck because you dealing with two different telco. celcom postpaid very happy delay MNP until next billing start.

when i MNP-ed from Yoodo to Hotlink, i get instant email from Yoodo right after MNP port out request sent.

and i replied to that email within 1hour.

after 12hours , everything done .

all my 3 no. same.

Celcom gave me free credit based on Maxis prepaid credit balance. Max RM20 lah. Antique user usually have high tolerance to Telco bad service support, hahahaha

Hi all the sifus,it is normal to wait for MNP msg from Maxis for more than 10 days? I applied MNP to port out from Maxis to Celcom on the 11st, I cleared my last bill, but til now, no port out msg from Maxis. I am thinking to log complaint to MCMC already!

But when I wanted to port out from Digi, my plan RM80 for their 40gb internet, they even offered a lower price for same package from RM80 to RM50. Then, even offered me one year 50% discount. Ended up paying for RM25/month for same package. What a sweet deal. Other telcos won't bother to offer or entice a traitor

2008 when I wanted to port out from Digi, my plan was prepaid and we can get 50% extra when we top up What a deal.After that 3G also came in play and the data was expansive
Then later i found out that the data was slow,and not stable
Then the coverage was poor ,so i ported out to ONEXOX.
and this I enjoy for already 4 years

does anyone know after replying the confirmation SMS to port out, how long does it take for the porting process to complete? im already porting for the second time in a week, Maxis rejected my first port-out despite having reply the sms =/ trying for the second round now, but not sure how long to wait before "declaring" it failed

Hi,

I port out a celcom number to xox black RM39/month e-sim. Received a receipt without ICCID, reported and they fixed and resend me the email this time with ICCID.

Then, I was told not to activate the ICCID first until i replied CELCOM’s sms.

Ok so I waited and replied to Celcom sms to confirm port out. Once the simcard network became failed, i started to activate the ICCID on Black app.

Unfortunately, it can’t be activated. Stuck at the same screen despite pressing the “->” button. Reinstalling app and use different OS doesn’t help.

Now someone trying to call me, it says nombor tiada dalam perkhidmatan.. Reported to XOX but they seem to take this quite lightly.

Is this normal?

Ner do/did/done and e sim before
Most people still use nano SIM
i suggest then you change it to nano Sim then ask the customer service see if they can convert e sim for you or not
