QUOTE(abcn1n @ Mar 28 2019, 09:34 PM) Question: How do I get back the $ since am already out of umobile? Go to umobile center (not sure about authorised dealer), your mom will need to fill up a form then they will make payment for the claim amount within 3 month. Your bill has account no. as reference.

Only thing you can do with broadband is to continue using it or to cancel it.

QUOTE(joshuayip @ May 12 2019, 07:28 PM) Hello ... May I know which Telco and prepaid plan has the longest active plan at the lowest cost? Just trying to keep my number alive only. - OneXOX -- 28 months validity initially, subsequently RM25 for 1 year's validity.
- mobile@unifi -- just use the line once every 90 days to stay active.

QUOTE(pcbase @ May 24 2019, 08:31 PM) u wrong 015 number can't mnp Ya, I'm also wondering there is no such 015 number can perform mnp. But the fellow mentioned that he can able to mnp out his broadband number. That why I'm quite curious about it. Correct me if I understand his statement wrongly.

I am having big issue that can't port out from ookyo to other telco. Managed to receive sms notification but failed to reply. Ookyo has investigated this issue for 2 months but yet to be solved. Anyone encountered this before?
