Question: How do I get back the $ since am already out of umobile?
*
Go to umobile center (not sure about authorised dealer), your mom will need to fill up a form then they will make payment for the claim amount within 3 month. Your bill has account no. as reference.

You don't/can't port out broadband accounts because MNP is to retain your number, and nobody can call your broadband anyway so it's pointless to MNP. Only thing you can do with broadband is to continue using it or to cancel it.

But why do you need to port that number? Nobody is calling you on that number, are they?

  • OneXOX -- 28 months validity initially, subsequently RM25 for 1 year's validity.
  • mobile@unifi -- just use the line once every 90 days to stay active.

Supposed to be one time only, but some people reported getting it the 2nd time round.

from what i know after 3 years (and still is) in this business as sales you can't port out unless you answer the SMS confirmation on your current telco.

Ya, I'm also wondering there is no such 015 number can perform mnp.
But the fellow mentioned that he can able to mnp out his broadband number.

That why I'm quite curious about it.
Correct me if I understand his statement wrongly. laugh.gif

I am having big issue that can't port out from ookyo to other telco. Managed to receive sms notification but failed to reply. Ookyo has investigated this issue for 2 months but yet to be solved. Anyone encountered this before?
