You go to Digi Store or Digi Store Express nearby your place and tell them you want to MNP your number B to Digi. Just make sure your number B prepaid is active. smile.gif

By the way, what plan you used for number A?
*
Number A is Digi 150. So when I ask them to port number B to Digi, it will automatically replace my number A?

I assumed you use Digi Infinite 150 right? You can only MNP to Digi through Digi online store and pay again RM318 (including GST) as advance payment.

No, you will need to terminate number A or if you still want to use number A, you can downgrade plan or downgrade to Digi Prepaid or MNP to other telcos. smile.gif

See RedOne facebook. Full of complaint. sweat.gif

I once consider to port to RedOne from Celcom. I made good choice and happy to choose TuneTalk instead. biggrin.gif

I need advise on porting. Currently my phone number (celcom) under my mom's name which is a subline under her own account. If i want to port over to umobile under my own name, can i do it directly with umobile or do i have to change to my own name under celcom first which i dont see a point of changing name then port right away.

Hi, Sifu here.
I just successful to port out from digi to maxis this afternoon (plan subscribed = maxisone plan 98 without contract).

Can I port out from maxis to digi or other telco immediately? How maxis to refund the advance payment I paid ? The reason to port out because the network at my area not stable and slow especially in indoor. This make me frustrated. Under 4G network, can't loading anything.

I make a wrong decision, I should buy prepaid to try the service 1st before to mnp.

some telco cooling period is 14 days, you may check with their customer care

Checked with Maxis CS, he claimed my maxisone plan is no bundle with any contract, so I can port out as usual, while the advance payment I paid, they will refund to me via Cheque within 2-3 weeks (send to the billing address).

Double check with DiGi CS as well, he claimed depend on maxis whether got cooling off period or blocking porting out imposed or not. If none, I can port back DiGi anytime.

Went to digi store, CS claimed got cooling off period 30 days, after that I only can port back. But I checked with digi store express, the guys claim no cooling off period, I can port back anytime as long as I don't have any contract.

So which one correct? Which one wrong?

you can try port out to Digi prepaid first (don't have to pay deposit), and if it is successful (meaning no contract from maxis side), then you upgrade to postpaid at digi.

Submitted mnp application. Eventually the application rejected by maxis. The reason given by maxis is the number I request for mnp is not in service.

I told to maxis CS "as earlier I asked, you guys claimed I can port out anytime. As long as I not bundle with contract. But now why reject my application."

After that, she checking the system I no bundle with any contract and the number is active. She said don't know why my number not in service and she cant give any comment about this. She ask me resubmit mnp application again.

what the hell maxis, please la don't use this kind of tactic blocking user to port out. Shame on you.

I already resubmit mnp application today.

number not in service? doesn't sound like contract issue to me. maxis used to be very buggy when porting out. not sure if intentional or not.

how did it go the second attempt?

For second attempt, still in progress. On the same day of submission, I immediately make a complain about this issue via live chat & their FB page.
Maxis CS helped me to lodge a report & pass to relevant team to investigate this issue.
They promise me will update me the status on 6/9 (Wed). vmad.gif

Hi all, how to seperate number into single line? I wish to port out my number to another telco, but keep my sup lines with current telco.

From what I've been reading, making the sup lines into single is the best way. But how to do that? Ask my current telco?

hi guys, I applied for online Digi MNP, still haven't received the SIM card today (5 days already). My hotlink account is going to be deactive soon.

Can I MNP to other telco , or apply for MNP at Digi center and just ignore the online DIGI MNP?
