Why do you need to perform instant? Due already?
Even if it is due today, you still can perform GIRO now and it will reach them by end of today.

You can't Instant Interbank GIRO to Citibank for paying AEON CCs... It doesn't work from SCB CASA. Normal IBG works though.

I think all bank accounts able to GIRO to AEON CC.. because is just a fund transfer to their Citibank a/c only..

The quarterly 3% cash back is based on your joining date, so yup should be reflected on third statement. You can easily calculate your cash back by adding up all spenditure from month 1 to 3 and then times 3%

No issue. I do this every month from my HL bank to citibank with Aeon CC 16 digit credit number.
The charges is RM0.11

Better yet, use Ambank True Transact account to perform GIRO interbank transfer. RM0 service charge and GST. thumbup.gif Do note that there is no Instant Transfer available though.

Consider good if Aeon still give out that RM50. Previously, it is used to offset GST RM50. What do you mean by no deduction?

It was credited but it didn't offset from my total balance charges.

I will call CS for further action.

How Aeon calculated the member points? Got my first statement for New Aeon Gold but cant seems to work out the calculation.
