really donno what to say aeon programmers/product managers in setting different quarters per customer ... too complex, hard to understand and tedious to customers.

should've just follow calendar quarters, to all. simple mechanic, easy to understand and support.

also blame Aeon CS head too, they should review and have a say about the product before launch.

imagine the time and effort can be saved/reduced (one could guess the amount of calls they received asking 999999999th times about their quarters) if they rejected the idea of quarters calculation based on approval date.

if ok agreeable with the cc mods, then creating the topic is ok geh.

p/s: this topic suppose to cover all aeon cc, not sure if it's worth creating a standalone topic.
