750 sf, No cashbacks but got rebates, after rebates around RM680k+ only (Depends on Floor). Fully furnished n free 2 years maintenance too. thumbsup.gif

maluri/ cochrane area quite competitive nowadays... with potentially another project just beside this lavile coming out... even sell cheaper also not sure can give any good ROI or not based on the supplies here and more to come...

everyone here is kinda rely on TRX to come good in order for this area to succeed... but problem is not sure whether there are so many supplies working in TRX wanna rent here... whatever masterplan that sunway have for here... their own residence projects are enough to cater to their own investors...

so the rest of the competitors around maluri/cochrane here will have to fight like hell for a piece of the good ROI from TRX provided it is as successful as it perceived....

Agreed, a lot of projects targeting TRX workers. Not sure how it ends up after 4 or 5 years.
The safest is to use current benchmark or market rate to decide whether ROI makes sense or not.

Target completion of Lavile in year 2021 and Velocity Two in year 2023. It seems like the completion of 2023 is better to cater the tenant market. 2021 maybe in premature stage for TRX. Any opinion?

Too sad the condo actually near the High Tension Cable. Safe distance is 300 m but l think too close as Aeon also nearby. 50 meter resulting 0.5 gauss will cause severed cancer and tumour
