Upon VP there would be thousand of units coming into the market. Rental supply would be overwhelmed with minimal upside in long term rental.

Feel like a good investment for 750sf? Since the surrounding area also can rent 3500 to 4000 per month

which prop in cheras/maluri/peel road? rm3500 for studio also for some klcc prop maybe... most also cant now...

You can see it on the left side, but won't wholly obscure your FOV.

Those units should be more afraid of whatever is being developed on that empty rectangle plot right next to SV2, though.

Apparently different sa gives different prices. I'm a bit confused. The cheapest Nett selling price now is even lower than launching price 2-3 years back. Is this a marketing bait or property market really that bad now?
