The price is the highest around that area ? I heard it’s around 900psft ? What’s the developer background ? Nvr heard there build high end condo in the history . Lol 😂

That project is more to mid to high-end.

Their high-end project is Vila Vista, which is 200m away from the Tmn Pertama MRT station. However, its SE facing units will have great views of the Christian cemetery.

this project is not the highest selling price. The highest I can say is Sunway Group second phase. This project consider as affordable Mid High-end Freehold Project, the new phase of velocity 2 is leasehold and psf expensive than Lavile.

Velocity doesn't effect the view, the phase 2 is at the other side. Btw, now is selling Blk B there is no KLCC view.

Hi all sifus here, would like to ask if for ownstay, which condo property around the area is better?

so far eyeing on Par3, Lavile and Velo2 but couldnt decide as factoring in location, convenience and safety.

Parc 3 Leasehold, expected complete at 2021, 400m to MRT, have to cross over a busy road to MRT station and Aeon
Velo 2 Leasehold, expected complete at 2022, 400m to MRT, Next to Sunway Velocity Mall, but not close to MRT station

See which convenience you're looking. Price Different around RM 100 psf for this 3 projects.
