Una went for like rm700k to 730k. Bigger size and Profit margin higher. hahahah whistling.gif

Higher class and lower density. Opposite velocity mall, walk a bit reach MRT.

the rental demand here good ?

because i look at the auction price, seems insane for me in view of the high density and stiff competition in the area.

Any owner group telegram here, a coworker interested to rent but I think it's all under the property management company Iconix and they had bad experiences with those.

I know Aeon is very near to high tension cable

Any idea?
