9. MRT Distance - Lavile

Yet to know Lavile results as the earliest delivery will be in 2021 according to the Show House personnel there....

anyone buy Laville property? is the utility rate is commercial or residential rate?

if commercial, is the developer will apply for conversion to residential rate?

The land itself is Commercisl title under HDA, so developer will apply for conversion to residential rate.

Based on simulation on Google map, the land acquired by Sunway Velocity Two won't block the view of Lavile.

LaVile still enjoy great view of KLCC Twin Tower and M'sia highest building, TRX Tower... thumbsup.gif

Lavile main selling points are near AEON HQ, and MRT station.

Walking distance to Sunway Veolocity is additional points.

DBKL can just buy this small strip of land back from that PV-linked Pavilion Integrity if they wanted to. Don't know why there is no action from them until now. hmm.gif
