Still selling to any Tom, Dick and Harry who's interested, mate.

As for celebrities, there is only one fully furnished 1,060sf unit which was given FOC to LCW. Other than that, no other celebrity bought it. tongue.gif

I 80% taking Lavile
When market is flooded with 300k-500k range of properties plus more coming in, I’m not buying these range so that I’m not fighting with 60 - 70,000 owner to sell my units or to look for tenants.
Lavile price higher but buying a slight more premium secured my property value. Plus I like connected to Aeon & walk to Velocity 😊

This morning saw the sign up. 45 floors + 9 floors parking. 1 block. 698 units. Good luck that lorong 2000 units will be using...hahahahh sweat.gif

Perhaps you can drive to the site for a look as site clearance in progress now. Hearsay the land belong to Pavilion or Malton group. How truth is it...i have no idea.

This place looks good. Connected to Aeon, MRT and LRT and best of all, it's about 15 mins drive away to my workplace. But is it worth paying almost RM1k/sqft (fully furnished) for this unit? This area seems like it's only meant for investment. I'm looking to buy for own stay.

That's the indicative price if you take up the fully furnished package for 750 sqft on 18th floor. Block B. Otherwise it's 20k lesser.
