Anybody here actually bought a unit and mind sharing your decision? I went to the showroom the other day and apparently, they started selling Block B now.

In my opinion, no much issue to concern on this project itself and no doubt for the future development on this area. What you need to understand before you place your cheque for this product is your exit plan approach, the more you can apply the better. As we know the price range for this product was not cheap.

It looks like Block B pricing is higher than Block A. Rebates 5-8%. As usual, additional 20K for fully furnish.
I might be wrong, but it seems that products around this area apparently are moving up...

Yet to know Lavile results as the earliest delivery will be in 2021 according to the Show House personnel there....
