Anyway i noticed this project has 30over units retails..are they manage by developer or selling based on latest update? Because previously i heard from developer they are not sure yet..saying some may keep and some selling..

rental in cheras not high, Amaya also around 1600, expect another 4 years, the rental in this area around 2000 only.
Hope investor can share more individual opinion here.

Company take years for investment to make good return...for short term flipping, you will lose all your $ in stock...
