I heard that early bird price is just shy of 830psf. Unit types are all 3 bedrooms for block A1 & A2 - 864ft, 961sf & 1061sf. You can do the math yourself

Serve Interest During Construction 4.) Need to have holding power - if not able to rent out later. All these have to think carefully. And, also financial status with Bank must be good, and strong. the price is on the high side. but the pros is freehold that is 5mins (minus the jam) drive to klcc. 2bed unit at 750sft, and 3bed ranging 860, 864, 956 & 1061

Wonder to know, how much you all think this project can reach after 4 years? If possible, try to estimate respective size and price worth after 4 years. Just a general survey....I'm not sales agent or developer consultant.

the free hold title + close to mrt doesnt worth the prices.
max 700psf for it. and this orando developer not a good developer , doesnt care about reputation, only think of fast earn money. |
