I heard that early bird price is just shy of 830psf. Unit types are all 3 bedrooms for block A1 & A2 - 864ft, 961sf & 1061sf. You can do the math yourself smile.gif

With current market condition, 830psf is still high.
Required strong financial condition to sustain this. 1.) High Deposit 2.) Bank willing to loan 3.) Serve Interest During Construction 4.) Need to have holding power - if not able to rent out later.

All these have to think carefully. And, also financial status with Bank must be good, and strong. Else wont able to get loan, unless able to fork out high deposit / downpayment. Good luck!

I think that's only for the 700+sf units

Yes, only 700+sf come with 2 units. Only 1 unit per floor. Others are 800+sf or 900+sf.

Agreed. The high price is a deterrent for me right now. Lepas launch harga lagi naik, confirm lagi tak beli

the price is on the high side. but the pros is freehold that is 5mins (minus the jam) drive to klcc. 2bed unit at 750sft, and 3bed ranging 860, 864, 956 & 1061

Wonder to know, how much you all think this project can reach after 4 years? If possible, try to estimate respective size and price worth after 4 years. Just a general survey....I'm not sales agent or developer consultant.

it's purely for own stay i think, cause development for this project actually need 4.5yrs as foundation haven even started

that time i go only 800psf. maybe u are late. anyway. i still feel this cant go for investment.

and this orando developer not a good developer , doesnt care about reputation, only think of fast earn money.

Without refer to size per square feet, it sound doable for those smaller units (personal point of view la). How about others thought?
