b) tARGET CUSTOMER? LOCAL OR FOREIGNER?

1600 IS OVER/ABOVE MALAYSIAN INCOME, IT IS VERY EASY GET CUSTOMER?

IT IS YOUR UNIT FULLY FURNISH OR PARTIAL?

Rented out to an expat that works in oil n gas sector.
A couple with 1 small children.
My unit is partly furnished. if FF can fetch around RM2.3K to RM2.5K
All this for the smallest unit in Amaya..1 room studio

Able to rent out with the my tenant of choice around 1 months after listing.
Got a lot of viewings..but i choosy on my tenant

So to me location wise is good..

This thread no one look good this project/location, even one forumer already shared he bought this project as his second property, many people still not convinced. To me, the location of this project is KING!! I heard almost one block sold, can some one please verify this?

Can you also let us know what is the recent actual selling price for Amaya? What is it now psf? When launching it was less than rm600psf right?
