Sunway Velo is luxury condo by big developer with reputation and better accessibility.
imo, we should compare with Amaya which is just meters away from Lavile. Amaya asking price is 750psf only. Market transaction is lower maybe? Lavile 850psf is future price.

I also registered to this project before i know they price at 830psf... expensive!! Now no choice have to give up...
Unless they can materialize below.
- covered walkway to MRT - covered walkway and pedestrian bridge to Velocity - upgrade the access road (Lorong Peel). From google map, it looks like only 1 in 1 out currently.
then price at 830psf - 9xxpsf baru worth it...
