not so comfortable with this project, too too much units. By the way feel like this developer only want to maximize their profit never think about buyer.

Without prejudice, Lavile is not an integrated project with MRT/LRT. However, it is easily walkable (understand that it will be just a short sheltered walkway) to the stations.

Are you referring to OUG Parklane or Lavile? What do you mean by no class? Is it because of the furnishing or some other reasons?

Lavile can close shop.....1 Cochrane coming early next year.....

As for walk way....they bang the steel support for 2 bloody nights.....which is going into jusco only.....just to prove to their buyers got walk way....hahahah

Lavile is the new area can't compare with parklane, nobody can estimate the future.

Both location lavile or parklane also have their own selling point, different location can't compare.

Dont do some comparison like apple with orange.

lavile more closed with jusco, the best selling point is jusco. velocity just a additional selling point for this project.

bro, in long run. Velocity has immediate residential, commercial shoplot actiivity (draw weekday crowd) and future medical + hotel.

but currently mytown only has IKEA + Mall, not eveyone can shop during weekday.

Based on our population growth and living quality, u really think all the supply can be fully appreciated? with current all mega projects around the town, TRX, BBCC, Bandar Msia, Damansara PV, KL 118, Bkt Jalil PV, OUG Paradigm city, KLGCC, IKea 2, and many more...haha..lets see who is going to absorb all these..
Pls choose carefully the right one!
