I made the decision to buy yesterday. Because I work until 5pm, I made an appointment with him to pay deposit after working hour. At that time, I also saw him explaining to other customers on very patient way and sincerely. One thing that I really salute for him is I saw him still serving customers after 9pm. That's why I strongly recommend this sales person. I can feel his passion in work. P/s: I'm not the sales person representing the developer. I'm just a small customer who has just bought an unit. 😜😜 i like its location proximity to underground mrt (more premium than elevated mrt) and walking distance to velocity. there will be a covered walk way direct to aeon maluri. from what i hear there will also two options either a pedestrian bridge from lavile to mrt or from aeon to mrt. i dont buy it because i aim for investment purpose whereby i found that area rental not very high and tenants profile not very comfortable to me. I cant gaurantee what i found is 100%correct but you guys may help me to find out more and share with me. thanks. i also feel like high density and facade , internal fittings material not tally with this high 8++psf. anyway that is only my views. |
