From Lavile, the tenant can walk to Jusco, Velocity, Peel road restaurant, Maluri also got many many shops/mamak/bank... overall I think good lo. I saw the continew forum many people complaint it seems to be near to everywhere but not within walking distance which is my main concern.

I also registered to this project before i know they price at 830psf... expensive!! Now no choice have to give up...
Unless they can materialize below.
- covered walkway to MRT - covered walkway and pedestrian bridge to Velocity - upgrade the access road (Lorong Peel). From google map, it looks like only 1 in 1 out currently.
then price at 830psf - 9xxpsf baru worth it...

Most likely Maluri will do better.

from the scale model, the access road of Lorong Peel will be upgraded to 4 lanes, 2 lane each side.
covered walk way to MRT, this one need to depends on Aeon
same goes to Velocity, i think velocity will build covered walk way to MRT
Lets plead for shutter bus to IKEA, Mytown or even to Bukit Bintang/ Time Square since they already can provide bell boy service....

IKEA got shuttle bus from Chan Sow Lin LRT station if I remember correctly.
