Perhaps they weren't firm on the pricing yet when you visited the showroom else if they really judged their potential customers by the way they dressed then I guess that's really unprofessional.

Thanks, friend. Do you know how many room is that for 750sqft?

IMHO this price will need alot freebies to work. If no freebies and txn cost high, I might just go subsales. 6XXk can get many very good subsales 1XXXsqft - 14XXsqft near LRT/MRT.

Attractive is location, because MRT, AEON, and if you familiar the road access not too bad.. Old surrounding I not so worried..

But cannot deny, at this price rental will need alot of top up if you thinking investment.. and if true 4.5 year construction then must remember the longer Progress Payment also.. blink.gif

for investor that loan 70% and buy higher floor, the interest can be saved.

because the 3rd progressive payment (15%) must reach to your unit structural framework.
