from Mall to MRT is not covered walkway. you need to walk through the AEON open car park. After 10pm AEON close, the car park is very dark.

ya . exactly. that s a big open car park. 250lots . during day time walk under the sun.... at night safety issue....

developer should cooperate with aeon to build a covered linkway direct to mrt. improve the accessibility to aeon and also lavile. ~600m only

Suggest for an underground tunnel better, linking Aeon, mrt and lrt. Rain or shine all good.

Correct me if I am wrong. Sunway velocity first launching in July 2011 is about rm850psf. If this project sells at 850psf target completion in three years time 2019, why this is not a good price? Isn't it a steal if we can still buy at 850psf?

imo, we should compare with Amaya which is just meters away from Lavile. Amaya asking price is 750psf only. Market transaction is lower maybe? Lavile 850psf is future price.

Yes, should compare to Amaya. If 850psf is priced for 2019 still good buy ah? I.e By that time Amaya will sell at 850psf or not? Luxury condo or not to investors no difference, better accessibility agree.

ya. compare lavile to velocity not apple to apple.
sunway provides linkway direct to two mrt and all retails office medical centre hotel together and facilities given likely more and better than lavile.

amaya lavile transaction likely 650psf only. lavile should max only 700-750psf.

compare lavile to continew at the other side which is walking distance to ikea, mytown, cochrane mrt likely much better with its location nearer to cbd and trx. mytown heard can do better than velocity mall also. continew design is also looks better and taller & lower density.

how much continew ? lease or free ?

kinda agree lavile should max only 700-750psf. looking at malaysia economy and political issue Malaysia seem like doom in future, many business not doing good nowadays. The other forumer sound like property price only will proportional increase, who know 4years later lavile price might still around Rm 850psf or maybe lower. Seriously Malaysia got no future liao, many expert migrate and import more bangla. who going to rent those Rm 850 psf property ? Bangla ?
