For the projects launched in 2012/2013, some of them got price drop now. The one I remember is capers in sentul. Queue overnight at starhill and got 2 mins to select your unit. So very hot. Now the units mostly vacant or cant sell. Do we foresee the same story for this project in 2019 based on your comments? |

Previously they were talking to an enbloc purchaser with GRR at around RM1,200 psf.

My gut feeling developer probably can sell around 40% only due to slow market. Unless gov change policy to push the market moving again but then will be tough for 1st timer. Actually gov should remove the 30% limit on dwnpayment because 1st timer all will be going for those PRIMA housing and etc. So let investor go ahead with higher prices properties, then win win for all. 1st timer won't be looking at anything 550psf and above so why limit investors? |

I went to see their show unit yesterday. The sales agent told me that they will be launching the first two highest blocks. And the project will take 4.5 years to complete. I think it is a way too long.
