Does anyone use CIMB cc for Cathay Pacific online booking? Will it be charged 0.8% cross border?

If pay in foreign currency, the admin charge > 1%
I will use other card to pay.

Hi Team, need to check if let say I used the credit card at the beginning of this month...after few days, the transaction will shown on CIMB Clicks. But now the problem is they indicate the outstanding balance with payment due date on 18th Dec 2015. My question is, since the transaction is made on this month, by right the payment should be made on following month. Why CIMB Clicks still indicate this month have to clear this amount?

You should only worry or pay for the statement balance.

a quick check from cimb gives you the answer.

If this is the case, payment due date is means for previous month statement?

payment due date is for the current statement (last one should be 28 Nov, unless ur statement date is different)

If this is the case: -

Beginning of this month (December, 2015) I had spent RM1,000. Below is the information shown in online summary of recent transaction.

- Statement Balance = RM0.00
- Outstanding Balance = RM1,000
- Payment Due = 18th Dec 2015
- Minimum Payment = RM0.00

May I know should I required to clear the outstanding payment based on the payment due date or need to wait until next month, which is 18th Jan 2016 only clear this amount? I have yet to receive any bank statement based on current month transaction. Thank you.

so, ur statement date is 28th each month.

no need to pay anything this month

wait till your 28 Dec statement is out, then the payment due date would be 17 Jan (20 days after 28th). pay your statement amount only.

always pay your "statement balance amount" before payment due date to avoid financial charges and late payment charges

Still unable to link my cc to cimbclicks. Plus asked over the counter they only suggest for opening a new cimbclicks and linking it to my cc but I said it's troublesome haizzzz

Over the counter staff can't help much. It is totally different from Maybank.

I suggest you to better call CIMBClicks CS to understand the problem and asked them to rectify for you!
