[quote=chiahau,Aug 28 2015, 09:25 AM] Approval is 4~5 days if not instant.
Another 3 days for card to reach.
Approximately 14 days.
Last time I thought the credit card can get instantly. Now seems like need to wait for 14 days before can get the CIMB Cash Rebates Platinum Card.

Hi all, may I know how to check our CL for our CC and after certain period of time, would it review our CL by increasing the current amount that imposed to our CC?
Second question, if I book hotel in Agoda.com, understand that current promotion being offer is 7% cash rebate. If this is the case, the total sum that required to pay is it hotel rate (after discount from agoda.com) + admin fee (if the hotel is located at foreign place) + taxes (if any) - 7% CR that offer for this period?
Lastly, how we can link our CC to CIMB Clicks to do online checking on transaction and make payment? Currently the CIMB Clicks did not reflect our CC status but instead shown I did not have any CC at the moment?
Thank you.

QUOTE(victorywp @ Sep 2 2015, 10:11 AM) you will need to apply for credit limit increase by submitting your latest salary slips. after key in your card details you can see how much you will need to pay. you may do your calculation there before proceed to see whether it's worth for you. you may also register for shopback/milkadeal to compare which cb is more worth. you may link manually by following below steps: Thanks for your clarification.

QUOTE(HL_O @ Sep 6 2015, 02:26 PM) usually how long does it take to process online credit card application? will it be longer for first time applicant? Subject to your jobs, age and commitment. If directly go to card centre to apply for credit card, it may required only 2 hours max for the application to approve and issue you a new card.

QUOTE(HL_O @ Sep 13 2015, 05:30 PM) how many cimb card centre out there that allows 1-hour approval? is there any in the northen region like penang? Got fed up with the online application.....I tried to apply online but it turned out that they did not receive my uploaded supporting documents after weeks. There wasnt an updated status indicator that works. Application status checker was practically useless. Used CIMB Clicks but keep getting "Thank you for your interest in applying for a CIMB Bank Credit Card. We regret to inform that we are unable to accommodate your application at the moment. You may still enjoy a range of CIMB Bank Credit privileges by signing up for a Kwik Account." Gah, it's highly not user-friendly! You can give a call to CIMB Card Centre to explain your online registration problem and they might provide you an alternative way to simplify the application process.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 3 2015, 10:16 AM) It depends, if it's GIRO will only processed during working days and IBFT will be instantly. FYI, from 01 Oct till 31 Dec, IBFT to other banks is free of charge. Please fully utilize this free period. You have to request yourself and banks may ask for latest 3 months payslip. Thanks for the update.

QUOTE(roy918 @ Oct 3 2015, 10:29 AM) Watch out. Not all bank has free IBFT, at least not Ambank. How about Maybank, Public Bank or Hong Leong bank? Is it applicable for free IBFT? I read through CIMB clicks official website this promotion is applicable to GIRO as well. Not sure is it true? This post has been edited by Jeffreynsx: Oct 3 2015, 10:35 AM

Hi, need to ask a simple question. Let's say today I spent for my dinner and the CIMB Clicks shown some deduction from the CL...this amount I shall pay after 28th Dec 2015? Which is after the statement generated from bank? I realize that CIMB Bank indicate payment due date on 15th Dec 2015, which is the payment required to pay for this month or previous month? Thank you.

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Dec 6 2015, 10:31 PM) Due date is 15th dec, so I take that your statement date is 25 Nov. So the due date amount is for all transactions posted before 25 Nov. Since your dinner today is on 12 dec, it will only be shown on your next statement dated 25 dec, due date 15th Jan. May I check for the CIMB Cash Rebate Platinum Card, the statement date is set @ 28th of every month or it will be based on 25th of every month based on the calculation? QUOTE(cybpsych @ Dec 7 2015, 07:25 AM) this is where i got confused with ur earlier post u said statement is 28th, but your latest payment due date is 15 Dec. iinm, cimb cr statement date is fixed on 28th, so your previous statement was on 28 Nov. however, difference between 28 Nov until 15 Dec is 17 days, which is inconsistent (unless your statement date is 25 Nov) fyi, my statement date on 28 Nov, payment due date is 18 Dec (ngam ngam 20 days grace period) That's the problem I encounter now. According to the T&C from CIMB Bank, the statement date should be 28th of every month but instead from my CIMB Clicks it shown 15th Dec 2015 as my payment due date. It makes the whole process confused.
