Hi all, may I know how to check our CL for our CC and after certain period of time, would it review our CL by increasing the current amount that imposed to our CC?

Second question, if I book hotel in Agoda.com, understand that current promotion being offer is 7% cash rebate. If this is the case, the total sum that required to pay is it hotel rate (after discount from agoda.com) + admin fee (if the hotel is located at foreign place) + taxes (if any) - 7% CR that offer for this period?

Lastly, how we can link our CC to CIMB Clicks to do online checking on transaction and make payment? Currently the CIMB Clicks did not reflect our CC status but instead shown I did not have any CC at the moment?

Subject to your jobs, age and commitment. If directly go to card centre to apply for credit card, it may required only 2 hours max for the application to approve and issue you a new card.

Hi all, need to check once we select link credit card to CIMB clicks, is it required to generate e-pin before able to proceed for the linkage and it might take 7 to 14 days before the credit card link with the CIMB clicks?

You can give a call to CIMB Card Centre to explain your online registration problem and they might provide you an alternative way to simplify the application process.

Hi, need to ask a simple question. Let's say today I spent for my dinner and the CIMB Clicks shown some deduction from the CL...this amount I shall pay after 28th Dec 2015? Which is after the statement generated from bank? I realize that CIMB Bank indicate payment due date on 15th Dec 2015, which is the payment required to pay for this month or previous month? Thank you.

May I check for the CIMB Cash Rebate Platinum Card, the statement date is set @ 28th of every month or it will be based on 25th of every month based on the calculation?

That's the problem I encounter now. According to the T&C from CIMB Bank, the statement date should be 28th of every month but instead from my CIMB Clicks it shown 15th Dec 2015 as my payment due date. It makes the whole process confused.

I just gave a called to CIMB Card Centre, they said statement will be out on 28th of every month and payment due date will be 18th of every month.
