Have you try checking your time zone. When you are using GPS, it always correcting your PDA time. Perhaps your PDA time zone was not Malaysia time zone.

Was wondering abt what you said regarding Time Zone....I really can't find any Time Zone in GarminXT settings..please help smile.gif

Just like bro baronic reply, better go for well known device like Garmin or Mapking. Easy to get help from other user...

For me when come to road navigation, the map itself was more important than GPS device. No matter how expensive your device priced or function but if you don't have details of road map or you can't find way to update the map. Better don't buy it...

4)for a totaly noob in remember road's junction function is it a good choice for me?or 205 is enuff?(205 is without the junction function and highway function)

I think it can be use. But you must see purpose you are buying GPS, road navigation, GPS photo-tagging or for recreational use (if you are runner or cyclist). For road navigation, other than application itself the map is the most important thing.

Hope this help you to make better decision. hmm.gif

I have an old Ipaq 3870 that I have managed to connect to my iBlue 747 GPS receiver via bluetooth.

What navigation software/maps do I need to get for Windows Mobile 2003 and are there free versions? Thanks.

But if you wanna go old skool way... Try Garmin Que + GPS Proxy. You can checkout ay MSM Wiki section for more details about it.

It don't have 3D view and can't use NT version map but you can still use cGPSMapper compile map.

Other than device, look also for ease and frequency of map update given by the manufacturer... Is it free or you need to pay for update...
