don't need to go to that extent. Just submit the defect list to them and let them to get things done. After all, IJM Land is still a trustedand and reputable developer.

Even if you really want to sue, ypu have no case as the developer & buyer are supposed to get the defects rectified during the 24 months defect liability period.

hey guys, interested on bandar rimbayu township. Targeting next phase release due to limited bullet. Would like to ask, are there any hypermarket confirm coming in to canal city? Commercial lot will also be next phase right?

Drop by Rimbayu and went to see Scarlet showhouse. Funny design i must say. The corner unit is ok because its wider but the intermediate unit looks and feel small. The upstairs bedroom 2 and 3 is tiny. Also the living hall got a weird protrusion from the master room.. haishh with a land size 24x70 how can feel so cramped.

There will have 2 complex in future, 1 in Rimbayu and 1 in EcoSanc.
Now confirmed 2 international school and operate in 2017.
Yes, year end will launch shop lot in Bandar Rimbayu.
But coming, EcoSanc and TA also will launch commercial too. So believe no worries.

coz SA told me no any mall/complex will be in ES, conversation happen a month ago.

By concept vise, 100% like it, no matter BR or TA. Just wonder how % will be deliver and when. As of now whole place look so "brown" instead of "green". Also the interchange to SKVE and ELITE is a MUST before owner to move in, now is like everything need to go to KK, food, banking, school, etc

Went to check out Wisteria last 2 weeks, has quite a number yet to be sold! Seems market slowed down quite substantially! Given last 3 years as for Chimes, it would be snapped up within launching day!

we cannot compare other phases to phase 1. moreover wisteria entry price is not low, neither does the monthly maintenance fees.

I'm a Wisteria owner, just checking anyone else here are too
